Data controller

The data controller is the entity publishing FrontList, identified in the legal notice.

Data we collect

When you use the forms on this website, we record:

• your email address;
• if provided: first name, organization, phone / WhatsApp number;
• your consent, the exact wording you accepted and the sign-up date;
• if you request a conversation: organization name, type of events, website, description of your needs and the request date;
• if you use the contact form: your name, email, organization (optional) and message;
• where your visit came from: campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), referring page and landing page URL.

To prevent abuse of the contact form, a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is stored with your message. The host may also temporarily process technical connection data (IP address, browser) to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

Purposes and legal bases

• Keeping you informed about FrontList by email, SMS and WhatsApp: based on your consent, given by ticking the (unticked) box.
• Managing interest in FrontList and answering your requests or messages: based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Measuring where contacts come from and campaign effectiveness: based on our legitimate interest.
• Running and securing the website: based on our legitimate interest.

Recipients

Data is only accessible to the FrontList team. It is hosted by our technical providers acting as processors: the Lovable platform, which hosts the website and its database (Lovable Cloud). No data is sold or shared with commercial partners or third-party marketing tools.

Transfers outside the European Union

Our technical providers may be located, or use sub-processors, outside the European Union. Where this is the case, transfers are covered by the safeguards provided under the GDPR (notably the European Commission's standard contractual clauses). Retention

• Sign-up data, conversation requests and contact messages: up to 3 years from collection or from your last active contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
• If you withdraw consent or object: your email or number is kept on a suppression list, with the date, only as long as needed to respect your choice.

Withdrawing consent and unsubscribing

You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason, using the unsubscribe link or procedure included in our messages, or through our contact form. Withdrawal does not affect messages sent before.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object where processing is based on our legitimate interest, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to data portability for data provided on the basis of consent or pre-contractual steps.

You can contact us or exercise your rights through our contact form. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies and trackers

The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party pixel or analytics tool. Fonts are served directly by the website.

Only browser storage is used: session storage keeps the origin of your visit (campaign parameters, referring and landing page) for the duration of your visit so it can be attached to your sign-up, and local storage remembers your language choice if you select one. Neither is read by any third party, which is why no consent banner is shown.
